At ArtisanFootball, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If you experience any issues with your order — including sizing problems, damaged items, or incorrect products — our team is here to support you.

Please read our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item is incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival

  • The size received is different from what you ordered

  • The product received is not as described

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your package.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

To maintain product hygiene and ensure fair processing, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items worn, washed, or altered

  • Items with perfume, stains, or visible wear

  • Clearance or final-sale products

  • Customized kits (names, numbers, patches)


3. Return / Exchange Procedure

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team with:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the item(s)

    • Description of the issue

  2. Our team will verify the details within 24–48 hours

  3. If approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement processing

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Send photos within 48 hours of delivery

  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost

  • In case replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued

We guarantee full support for logistics-related damage.


5. Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.
The refund will be sent to your original payment method.
Processing time:

  • 3–7 business days after approval

  • Your bank / payment provider may require additional time


6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before processing/shipping.
Once the package has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees may apply in situations such as:

  • Customer-chosen wrong size

  • Customer changed mind

  • Address errors provided by the customer

Shipping fees are not refundable unless the product issue is caused by us.
